"Summerlin is a multi-generational community with diverse housing options designed to accommodate various lifestyles," said Kevin Orrock, top division executive for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin.

Single-family home neighborhoods remain Summerlin's most popular choice and represent about 70 percent of the community's home offerings.

Single-family home neighborhoods include Boulder Ridge by Christopher Homes, Kingwood Knoll by Ryland Homes, Kingwood Crossing by William Lyon Homes, Crown Series at Kingwood by R/S Development, Montage and Travata at West Park by Ryland Homes, Ladera Crest by KB Home, Ladera Canyon by Richmond American Homes, Traccia by Toll Brothers and Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park by Woodside Homes.

Townhome neighborhoods include the Fairway Hills by Toll Brothers in The Ridges village and West Park Villas and Courtyards by William Lyon Homes in Summerlin Centre.

C2 Lofts by C2 Lofts LLC is Summerlin's first and only urban-style loft project located in the village of Summerlin Centre.

"As development continues in Summerlin, The Howard Hughes Corp. and Summerlin home builders remain committed to the high standard of living for which the community is known," Orrock said.

"Efficient and attractive land planning, abundant amenities and diverse, quality housing options remain Summerlin hallmarks and the very features that will keep the community Southern Nevada's most desirable address for years to come."
