Bluffs in Southern Highlands on schedule

Pacific Southwest Development is preparing to debut The Bluffs, located in Southern Highlands, the developer's ultimate vision for semi-custom home building. Three model homes, ranging in size from nearly 6,000 to 6,800 square feet, are under construction. The Bluffs' designs incorporate Pacific Southwest Development's signature New Millennium Home philosophy, which allows homeowners to personalize the residences without the traditional hassles and time delays associated with custom home building.

"Pacific Southwest Development has certainly raised the bar for semi-custom home building with Tuscan Cliffs, and The Bluffs will take this concept to the next level," said Michael Goeth, sales agent. "Our three model homes will showcase The Bluffs' lavish designs coupled with breathtaking views of the city and mountains."

  • According to Goeth, the process of designing and building a semi-custom home is easier than ever when working with the professional teams at The Bluffs. "We have taken the guesswork out of the process with professionally designed models that showcase many opportunities to personalize your home. After just three meetings with our design specialists to make your design, fixture and finishings selections, your part of the process is complete. We manage the rest and let you enjoy your uniquely designed home."

At The Bluffs, residents and their guests will enjoy views of the famed Las Vegas Strip and valley from one of the best vantage points in Southern Nevada. "There are just 44 home sites in the collection and they are terraced into the mountainside of Southern Highlands," Goeth said. "Each residence will offer full city views from the main levels. The first floor below provides access to each home's patio, courtyard and up to five-car garages."

Home sites at The Bluffs provide additional privacy with each site measuring at least one-half acre and up to one-acre sites available.

"A handful of home sites have been made available prior to the collection's official grand opening," Goeth said. "We have had an overwhelmingly positive response to the designs at The Bluffs. Prior to the official opening of the model homes this winter, prospective homebuyers have the opportunity to be the first residents of this truly unique development."

The Bluffs' model homes all carry the Green Home designation through the Build It Green Program and incorporate Pacific Southwest Development's design for indoor-outdoor living.

Standard amenities at The Bluffs include 12-foot ceilings, Pella windows and doors, stainless steel Viking appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot Kohler spa tubs and three fireplaces. All homes include outdoor kitchens and disappearing glass doors, which allow residents to link internal and external areas seamlessly, Base prices at The Bluffs start at $3 million.
