Pardee Homes to add Solamar to Vista Verde

Pardee Homes is planning a Sept. 27 grand opening for its newest EnergySmart neighborhood, Solamar, located in the builder's Vista Verde planned community in northwestern Las Vegas.

Solamar is a collection of four one- and two-story floor plans that range in size from 2,491 square feet to 3,152 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four baths.

    "Solamar is our newest offering at Vista Verde, where we currently offer our Alvarado and Madera neighborhoods," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

    "Vista Verde is located in Centennial Hills and is just minutes from Centennial Hills Hospital, Silver Stone Golf Club, Mountain Ridge Park and Las Vegas' Extreme Sports Park. Vista Verde is also just minutes south of State Route 157 and 156 via U.S. 95, the roads leading to Mt. Charleston and Lee Canyon."

    Among the new floor plans at Solamar is the single-story Plan One, which measures 2,491 square feet with up to four bedrooms and 21/2 baths.

    Plan Two is also a single-story plan that measures 3,000 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths.

    Plan Three measures up to 2,931 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three baths.

    Plan Four measures up to 3,152 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three baths.

    Solamar will offer buyers energy-saving and environmental value, according to Tuvell.

    "The homes are built to high energy-efficiency standards and exceed local, state and national codes for energy efficiency," he said.

    To visit Solamar from highway U.S. 95 North, take Interstate 215 West, the Las Vegas Beltway.

    Exit Durango and turn right. Turn left on Deer Springs, right on Grand Canyon, then right on Bay Ledge to the models. Visitors are welcome from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.
