THE GRAND TOUR: Toll Brothers to hold New Home Expo

Developer to showcase model homes and offer free refreshments, incentives

The public is invited to attend the Toll Brothers New Home Expo, a two-day showcase of homes, Sept. 27 and 28 at Traccia in Summerlin and at Toll Brothers at Inspirada. Light refreshments will be served.

For this weekend only, Toll Brothers is offering special financing under 6 percent and incentives towards closing costs at its participating new home communities in the Las Vegas and Henderson area.

  • In addition, financial professionals will be available to provide tips on how to take advantage of today's homebuyers' market. Professionals also will be on hand to give advice on home staging and creating curb appeal for selling a home in today's marketplace.

    Traccia at Summerlin is a gated neighborhood with a private clubhouse and a selection of three home collections ranging form 1,660 to 3,151 square feet. Nine model homes are open for viewing. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.

    Toll Brothers at Inspirada includes five collections of single-family, townhome and condominium home designs. Sixteen decorated models will be open for viewing. Prices for the new select collections at Inspirada, a master-planned community at the southern foothills gateway to the Las Vegas Valley, now start at the upper $100,000s.
