With a fabulous clubhouse at its hub, Traccia by Toll Brothers offers a luxurious lifestyle amidst picturesque architecture, tasteful landscaping and meandering walkways.

Traccia's home collections include the Huntington, Newport and Balboa, ranging from 1,660 to 3,151 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s. Traccia homeowners enjoy charming courtyards, covered patios, front porches and view decks. They can socialize with friends and neighbors on walking trails as well as at the community's clubhouse featuring swimming pools, tennis courts, conference facilities, recreation room and a fitness center.

Toll Brothers at Inspirada includes five collections of single family, townhome and condominium home designs. Sixteen decorated models are open for viewing.

Homes have features and options such as dramatic foyers, gourmet kitchens, master suites, family rooms, dining areas and spa-like master baths.

In addition to the many amenities of the Inspirada master plan, Toll Brothers homeowners will enjoy use of their own clubhouse, which will include a fitness room, media room, gathering space, two pools and a tot lot.

Prices for the new Select Collections at Inspirada, a high-profile master-planned community at the southern foothills gateway to the Las Vegas Valley, now start from the upper $100,000s.
