NEW SALES CENTER TO BE SHOWCASED: Newport Lofts offers urban living

Event to celebrate new sales center at high-rise

Newport Lofts will unveil its new high-rise sales center, Oct. 24 through 26.

"During this event, prices for select residences will be slashed to as low as $199,900, making it a great opportunity for those seeking to live in this one-of-a-kind luxury high-rise overlooking all of Las Vegas," said sales agent Sherry Latham.

"Buyers may preview selected residences anytime prior to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25. "We will also be hosting a rooftop wine party on Friday, Oct. 24 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. for those who wish to take in the amazing city lights firsthand.

"At 3 p.m. on Saturday, these selected residences will be offered for sale at incredible, unheard of prices. These very lucky buyers will purchase not only a loft-style home overlooking downtown Las Vegas, they will also be gaining access to a luxury lifestyle," Latham said.

According to Latham, Newport Lofts offers "the best high-rise prices in Las Vegas" with lofts priced from $199,900, previously selling for up to $1.6 million.

"We encourage everyone to come out to the community early in order to pick out their favorite residence prior to Oct. 25," Latham said.

The community features 168 customizable loft-style homes measuring from 912 to more than 3,000 square feet.

Among the unique options that help create a one-of-a-kind home are sliding wood-frame and glass-room dividers, fixed-glass panels, movable storage centers, entertainment and technology centers and interior windows that help create separate spaces in a buyer's preferred dimensions.

Leading up to next weekend's festivities, Newport Lofts will also be showcasing the 24-story high-rise's private rooftop amenities, SkyDeck and SkyLounge.

"Our rooftop amenities are very impressive to homebuyers and visitors alike because they offer an experience and views as impressive, if not more impressive, than the best casino hotel towers.

"Residents love it because they don't have to leave the property to have a high roller experience," said sales agent Adam Gafke.

The community's rooftop showcases panoramic valleywide views afforded by the SkyDeck along with private amenities designed for the exclusive use of Newport Lofts residents: swimming pool with jetted tub, running track that is designed around the rooftop's perimeter and a exercise facility with his-and-her locker rooms.

There are also outdoor gardens to relax and view the scenery.

Residents can reserve Newport Lofts' private gathering facility, SkyLounge, for events and gatherings. It features a big-screen, flat-panel TV, billiards, catering kitchen, serving bar and free Wi-Fi access.

Additionally, residents have access to round-the-clock full-service front desk and secured parking with personal storage space.

Newport Lofts is located at 200 Hoover Ave., just off Las Vegas Boulevard. The sales office at the corner of Hoover Avenue and Casino Center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
