Pardee Homes' Bella Fiore at Lake Las Vegas has added two new floor plans.
The development on The Falls Golf Course at Lake Las Vegas Resort offers homes from the $400,000s.
The new Bella Fiore Plan Five measures about 2,307 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, a great room, dining room, island kitchen, three-bay tandem garage and design options including fourth bedroom and third bath. It is priced from $479,950.
Bella Fiore's new Plan 6 measures 2,593 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, family room, den, three-bay tandem garage and courtyard with design options including a hobby room and guest suite. It is priced from $499,950.
Located just off of Lake Las Vegas Parkway alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance, Bella Fiore is surrounded by the golf course, scenic mountains and partial views of the Las Vegas Strip.
Bella Fiore's six floor plans blend with the overall Lake Las Vegas community's Mediterranean and Tuscan design influences. The existing Bella Fiore floor plans range from 2,822 to about 4,376 square feet and feature amenities such as interior courtyards with optional fireplaces, home offices and optional casita. Prices start from approximately $534,950.
To visit Pardee's Bella Fiore neighborhood, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the directional signs to Bella Fiore, just beyond The Falls Golf Course.
The model park is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
