  • "Meritage Homes is offering low fixed-rate financing for qualified buyers on select home purchases," Grant said. "We are able to do this because we were able to buy this financing when the market was better than it is today. Now we can pass on this savings to Las Vegas homebuyers."

Provided by Meritage's preferred lender, the owner-occupied financing is available on at least one home in every Meritage neighborhood located within the Las Vegas Valley. The home must close by Nov. 30.

The financing includes a low percentage rate the first year, a slightly higher interest rate the second year, and a 30-year fixed rate the third year.
