Pardee Homes offers new pricing structure

Pardee Homes is offering move-in ready homes at new prices throughout the Las Vegas Valley, along with the stability of Pardee Home Loans, according to Pardee Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

"We are proud of our association with Pardee Home Loans, which is a partnership between Pardee Homes and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage," Tuvell said. Wells Fargo is the only United States bank named one of the top 10 World's Safest Banks, based on ratings from Moody's, Standard and Poor's and Fitch.

"Pardee Home Loans knows how to deliver the best loans out there, including Veteran's Affairs and Federal Housing Administration loans, while offering long-term rate locks and closing cost incentives to qualified Pardee buyers," Tuvell said. "Families can choose from several homes. In addition to significant savings and the convenience of immediate move-in, buyers receive the added confidence of owning a Pardee Home that is built on a 56-year legacy of quality, value and service in Southern Nevada."

New pricing includes upgrades and designer selections, plus a variety of attractive financing options, according to Tuvell.

Move-in ready homes include a two-story Plan Five-C with four-bedrooms and 21/2 baths on a large home site at Arrowhead in Sunrise Highlands, newly priced at $281,280.

Also at Sunrise Highlands is a single-story Plan Two-B home at Sierra, newly priced at $265,270 with about 1,718 square feet of living space. Located on a cul-de-sac lot, the home includes three bedrooms, two baths, plus den, living room fireplace and rear-yard landscaping. The move-in ready home has Corian kitchen countertops, tile and carpet flooring, mini blinds and appliances included.

To reach Sunrise Highlands from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood, then left on Sunrise Highlands Way to the Arrowhead and Sierra models.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday.
