Jewish school opens campus in Summerlin for pre-K to grade 12

The Dr. Miriam and Sheldon G. Adelson Educational Campus, Nevada's only Jewish school offering pre-kindergarten to grade 12, recently celebrated the grand opening of its new $65 million campus in the master-planned community of Summerlin. The campus's new facilities include an additional 146,000 square feet of educational space that added 34 new classrooms, six science labs and athletic amenities.

According to Tom Warden, senior vice president of community and government relations for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin, schools are the heart of the community. "It's always a red-letter day in Summerlin when our schools have something to celebrate," he said. "We are exceedingly proud that Summerlin is home to the state's first and only Jewish school offering pre-kindergarten through grade 12 and we look forward to The Adelson Educational Campus's continued presence and participation in our community."
