According to Julie Cleaver, vice president of design and development for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin, The Vistas village is one of Summerlin's most popular villages developed to date.

"The European-inspired architecture, entry clock towers, village amenities, location and streetscapes combine to create one of our most picturesque villages in Summerlin," she said.

The Vistas is 28 neighborhoods covering over 800 acres. Linda Givens Elementary School and Vista Commons, a 100,000-square-foot Albertsons-anchored neighborhood shopping center is located close to the village. There are miles of walking trails and three major parks: South Tower Park, North Tower Park and The Vistas Community Park.

The village is developed around a nearly 4-mile loop with a meandering trail, which is one of the village's most popular amenities.

"Residents in The Vistas are frequently spotted along the village's trail system running, walking, cycling, visiting with neighbors or exercising their pets."

"The village's abundant recreational amenities make outdoor living a natural lifestyle for those who call The Vistas home," Cleaver said.

The Vistas is Summerlin's first village located west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, in southwestern Las Vegas.

The village sits on elevated topography that offers views of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to the west and the Las Vegas Strip to the east.
