Pardee has taken it a step further by pricing the homes for today's buyers. For example, Residence Four measures 2,617 square feet and is priced at $259,950.

Located at the northeast corner of Grand Teton Drive and San Mateo Street, north of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, Rivestone features four one- and two-story floor plans that range from about 1,596 to 2,617 square feet with three and four bedrooms.

"The floor plans at Riverstone are designed for today's buyer with features such as kitchen islands with seating, spacious great rooms, bonus rooms and personal options for fireplaces and master bedroom retreats," Tuvell said.

Riverstone is the last neighborhood planned for Pardee Homes' Prescott Park, a planned community that is centered around a 41/2-acre community park.

The park includes a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure. It is available exclusively to Prescott Park's residents and their guests.

Riverstone Residence One measures 1,596 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths, den and two-car garage.

Optional features include a master bedroom retreat in lieu of a second bedroom and an optional fourth bedroom in lieu of the den.

Residence Two is a two-story design that measures 1,996 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, den, adjoining great room and kitchen and two-car garage.

Residence Three at Riverstone is a two-story design that measures 2,467 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage and optional bonus room.

Residence Four measures 2,617 square feet in a two-story design with up to four bedrooms and three baths, bonus room and three-car garage.

Pardee Homes presents Riverstone as EnergySmart, which means that the homes have been enhanced with money-saving, energy-efficient features including spectrally selective glass to help keep homes cooler in summer and warmer in winter, according to Tuvell.

Other EnergySmart features include ceiling insulation and sealed ducts for improved indoor air quality. Each EnergySmart home is independently certified to assure that it exceeds energy code requirements by at least 15 percent.
