The Newport Lofts high-rise neighborhood welcomed hundreds of visitors to its the 24-story luxury tower before and during its One Day Sales Event held Oct. 25.

"These very lucky buyers not only purchased a loft-style home overlooking downtown Las Vegas, they are gaining access to a luxury Las Vegas lifestyle."

Latham said Newport Lofts offers "the best high-rise prices in Las Vegas" with lofts priced from $199,900, previously selling for up to $1.6 million. Only a few of the selected homes remain."

Attendees had the opportunity to tour the development's new sales center as well as the loft-style residences. The high-rise features 168 customizable loft-style homes measuring from 912 to more than 3,000 square feet. Among the options are sliding wood-frame and glass-room dividers, fixed-glass panels, movable storage centers, entertainment and technology centers and interior windows that help create separate spaces in a buyer's preferred dimensions.

Home shoppers also had the opportunity to enjoy the high-rise's exclusive rooftop amenities while enjoying a glass of wine.

"Those who attended our Friday evening preview were able to get a glimpse of the Newport Lofts way of life during our rooftop wine party. Home buyers were able to relax and socialize with the amazing lights of fabulous Las Vegas as the backdrop," sales agent Adam Gafke said.

"Newport Lofts is the tallest residential tower in Downtown Las Vegas. Unlike other high-rise communities that save the top floors for their most expensive homes, we designed our top floor for the enjoyment of all our residents."

The community's rooftop showcases panoramic valleywide views afforded by the SkyDeck along with private amenities designed for the use of Newport Lofts residents including swimming pool with jetted tub, running track that is designed around the rooftop's perimeter and exercise facility with his and her locker rooms. There are also outdoor view gardens for taking in the scenery.

Newport Lofts' gathering facility, SkyLounge, is a space that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings. It features a big-screen, flat-panel TV, billiards, catering kitchen, serving bar and free Wi-Fi access.

Additionally, there is a round-the-clock full-service front desk and secured parking with personal storage space included.

"For residents to have entrée into all of these lifestyle experiences at these incredible prices is a once in a lifetime opportunity," Latham said. "Inventory of our most popular floor plans is becoming very limited. I would encourage any interested buyer to stop in as soon as possible."

Newport Lofts is located at 200 Hoover Ave., just off Las Vegas Boulevard in downtown Las Vegas. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Immediate move-ins are available.
