Plan Two at Trail Ridge measures about 1,410 square feet with three bedrooms, optional loft in lieu of bedroom two, dining area and family room and two-car garage.
Trail Ridge Plan Three measures about 1,755 square feet with a downstairs bedroom or optional den and upstairs bonus room that can be built as two optional bedrooms or optional bedroom and optional loft.
Trail Ridge Plan Four measures about 1,776 square feet with four bedrooms, downstairs powder room and optional loft or optional retreat in lieu of bedrooms two and three. The floor plan also features a living room and dining room area.
