  • For those interested in value for their dollar, Rhodes Ranch has five homes available at The Majors with price reductions and upgrades.

"Each home has $40,000 to $50,000 in upgrades in addition to price reductions that are already in place," Smith said.

Prices on The Majors' available homes start in the $300,000s, less than $125 per square foot. Buyers can also take advantage of a current incentive in which the builder is offering additional discounts for using its preferred lender.

Currently, the collection has available homes in its 3,021 and 3,431-square-foot designs.

Plan 3021, named for its size, is a two-story home with three bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining room, breakfast nook, first-floor den, second-floor loft and a two-car garage.

"This is one of the most unique designs in Rhodes Ranch with a circular staircase near the entrance that creates a very open and dramatic effect," Smith said. "The den on the first floor can be used as an office, guest room or game room and the loft is also multi-functional."

Plan 3431 homes available at The Majors include five bedrooms, four baths, powder room, family room, dining room, breakfast nook, oversized loft, front deck and three-car tandem garage. It also includes an attached casita.

"The casita offers an additional bedroom and bath to this already spacious home," she said.

All homes available at The Majors offer standard walk-in closets, kitchen islands and upstairs laundry rooms. Other standard features include kitchens with recessed lighting, an oversized kitchen pantry, a self-cleaning range and a dishwasher. Master baths are appointed with double bowl vanities, chrome faucets, linen storage and walk-in closets.
