Monterey to continue condominium sales

Coming off record sales in the fourth quarter of 2008, sales agent Nancy Green said she is confident that rapid buying activity will continue into this year, as home buyers discover Monterey at Las Vegas Country Club's affordable condominiums.

"Monterey was very well-received by home buyers in 2008, particularly in the fourth quarter when we sold over three dozen luxury condominium homes and introduced our amazing starting price of just $99,000," Green said. "We expect this sales momentum to continue in 2009 as more home shoppers become aware of this spectacular buying opportunity. And right now, qualified home buyers who take advantage of the Fed's recent lowering of mortgage interest rates can get even more value for their money."

Home designs include studio, one- and two-bedroom single-level condominiums and two-story town homes, measuring from 624 to 1,750 square feet. There are 27 different floor plan variations. Select homes are available for immediate move-ins., Green said.

Architectural highlights may include a private patio or balcony, oversized walk-in closet, formal entry, built-in bookshelves and floor-to-ceiling fireplaces. A furniture package program is offered as an option.

"Our well-appointed condominium homes offer buyers country club living for bargain prices that are below the median price of new condos sold in Las Vegas," Green said. "At these prices, the opportunity to purchase a new home behind the secured guard gates of the famed Las Vegas Country Club will not last long."

Homeowners of the Monterey community have access to resort-style amenities and the country club's setting.

Residents have exclusive access to five heated swimming pools and hot tubs, on-site fitness center and picnic areas among mature landscaping. Miles of passageways provide residents opportunities for walks and jogging in a park-like setting with views of a world-renown golf course.

"Today, buyers are looking for one thing -- a great deal. There is nowhere else in the entire Las Vegas Valley where home buyers will find such an incredible value than at Monterey," Green said.

"At Monterey, you are surrounded by mature landscaping and the beauty behind the guard gates of the Las Vegas Country Club. Add in the close proximately to the entertainment capital of the world, and you have the perfect home destination," Green said.

To visit Monterey from the Las Vegas Strip, take Sahara Avenue east. Turn right on Paradise Road and left on Karen Avenue. Enter the community through the Las Vegas Country Club Estates gate on Karen Avenue, located between Paradise Road and Maryland Parkway. The guard gated attendant will direct you to the sales center. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

just another brick in the wall wrote on January 10, 2009 07:12 AM: Nancy Green kept emphasizing "behind the guard gates." The reason being that while the Las Vegas Country Club condos are nice, they are in a crime and drug infested area. Some refer to that part of town off of Karen as Crack Alley.
