The prestige collection of Bella Fiore at Lake Las Vegas took a Gold Award for Detached Community of the Year; for model home landscaping; and a Silver Award for interior merchandising of the Plan Six model, the latest design in the Bella Fiore architectural series. Bella Fiore model home interiors are by Color Design Art of Culver City, Calif. Model home landscaping is by SJA Landscape Architects of San Juan Capistrano, Cali., and architecture is by Bassenian/Lagoni Architects of Newport Beach, Calif. Advertising and graphics are by Zukor Design and Greenhaus, both of San Diego.

Also, a Silver winner in Las Vegas is Pardee Homes' Rosetta at Mountain's Edge, where Rosetta Plan Four was noted for architectural design of homes priced from $225,001 to $399,999. Architecture is by LGS Architects of Irvine, Calif.

Pardee Homes' new Web site, pardeehomes.com won a Silver Award for Best Web site by a Builder. LJG Partners of San Diego, Calif. is the Web site design firm.
