Fairways features four plans

Las Vegas-based Rhodes Homes has launched new pricing at its Fairways Collection in Rhodes Ranch in the southwestern valley.

"The Fairways' four floor plans start at just $265,990 for a 2,515-square-foot home," said sales agent Taylor Smith. "And our largest plan is being offered under $100 per square foot. These prices are competitive to any new-home community in the area, but with the added benefits of our amenities."

  • The master-planned community's amenities include an award-winning golf course, recreation center and Fun Zone Water Park.

"It is the perfect place to take a romantic evening stroll or spend time having fun with your family and friends," Smith said.

Smith said neighbors generally know each other and form a genuine community bond that is rare in new neighborhoods.

"Most homeowners at The Fairways actually live in their homes, so the sense of community is even greater when you have a true interest in your neighborhood," she said.

Four home designs in the collection feature three to four bedrooms with 21/2 baths. Options for a fifth bedroom are offered in select models.

"These homes have high ceilings, which people really like," Smith said. "And they are very flexible, so depending on the size of your family you can have three, four or five bedrooms in lieu of a master retreat or loft in some plans."

Among The Fairways' highlights are kitchen islands, oversized walk-in closets, great rooms and lofts, which are offered per plan.

Showcasing its flexibility is Residence 2903, named for its size.

"This versatile floor plan has two rooms upstairs that can be converted into an optional retreat or loft and a downstairs bedroom that can be used as an office, guest room, den or hobby room," Smith said.

"The plans at The Fairways really allow residents to personalize their homes to fit their lives."

Standard features at The Fairways include 61/2-inch baseboards and 21/2-inch casings around doors, giving the homes a modern look.

Other standard features include standard oak cabinetry, finished garages, ceiling fan prewiring in all bedrooms and common rooms, rear-yard barbecue stubs, kitchen islands, low-e windows and programmable thermostats.

Residents are centrally located in Rhodes Ranch.

"The neighborhood is within walking distance to our spectacular R-Club community center and the Fun Zone Water Park," Smith said.

The 35,000-square-foot R-Club offers dozens of indoor and outdoor activities. The Fun Zone Water Park is the only one of its kind in Southern Nevada and features eight water slides as well as a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool.

The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club was designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson. The par-72 course was named a Best Value by Vegas Golfer magazine and envelops players in its lush tropical surroundings.

Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is currently developing dozens of neighborhoods throughout the city.

To visit The Fairways and other new homes available at Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch and follow the signs. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
