"They include five bedrooms, four baths, a powder room and a three-car tandem garage. The kitchens have wall-to-wall cabinetry and include a gourmet kitchen island with granite countertops."

Standard features like covered rear patios and oversized walk-in closets contribute to the space offered in this home.

Also available for move-in at La Luna is a 3,021 square foot plan with three bedrooms, three baths, den, loft and two-car garage. It is among a select few in all of Tuscany that includes a spiral staircase. "Residence 3021 is one of the most popular plans in the collection and this one includes a gourmet kitchen island with granite countertops as well as tile flooring downstairs," Blevens said.

Standard features at La Luna include 8-foot entry doors and carriage-style garage doors that are prewired for an automatic opener. Interiors are offered prewired for ceiling fans and a security system as well as phone, cable and Internet. The developer's commitment to energy saving includes blown-in cellulose insulation, low-e windows, programmable thermostats and a 50-gallon gas water heater.

The centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.
