Innovative debuts Della Montagna

Innovative Communities, a premier Southwest home builder, has unveiled Della Montagna, its newest luxury estate neighborhood.

  • Situated in a hillside village above Lake Las Vegas, the neighborhood features 110 single-level luxury estate homes, ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. Each home site is fully landscaped and within walking distance to the Montelago Village located within Lake Las Vegas.

    Home prices start from mid-$1million.
