Pacific Southwest Development offers The Resort luxury apartments

With detailed common areas and residences resembling single-family homes, according to David Kellen, development coordinator for Pacific Southwest Development, The Resort at Coronado Ranch and The Resort at the Lakes offer an environment not found in the Las Vegas apartment market.

The two guard-gated properties, both located in the western Las Vegas Valley, feature apartment flats and townhomes with private entrances as well as direct-access garages.

    Six floor plans are available at both locations, ranging from 1,048 to 1,758 square feet. Each unit includes a private patio or veranda.

    Select designs feature fireplaces, media niches, plant shelves, ceiling fans, multi-tone paint and full-size washers and dryers.

    The Resort at The Lakes is located at 9999 W. Katie Ave., southeast of the intersection of Twain Avenue and Hualapai Way.
