Under the Centex Heroes program, active, reserve, retired or veteran military members receive a 3 percent discount on the purchase of a new home. The discount applies to the base price of any new Centex home throughout Las Vegas, and may be combined with other incentives. Cantura offers three single-story floor plans, priced from the $270,000s. At 1,664 square feet, the Aria plan includes a master suite with bath and walk-in closet.
