Craftsmanship and construction techniques will be showcased 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., today and tomorrow, at Toll Brothers communities throughout Las Vegas during Toll Advantage Days.
The builder will open the doors to homes under construction, inviting the public to go behind-the-scenes with industry experts to experience how luxury homes are built from start to finish.
Participants will have the opportunity to tour construction sites and preview new products such as Wirsbo PEX tubing, an innovative alternative to copper plumbing. The latest in design features ranging from Kohler fixtures to Therma-Tru French Doors will also be showcased.
They'll learn about land planning and community design; identifying and recognizing quality construction; and home building technology and energy efficiency.
Tours will preview homes in various stages of construction; see in-wall GE structural wiring panels that set up an entire home for seamless control systems including cable, phones, lighting, window coverings and audio/video electronics.
They'll explore new interior and exterior architectural design, including kitchens with the latest in appliances, cabinetry and countertops; new floor plans and new spaces such as game rooms, multi-media theatres and master suite retreats.
In addition, participants will interact with on-site industry experts who will be available to answer questions one-on-one.
