Pageantry expands incentive program

Pageantry Homes' zero down, zero closing costs and zero payment for 12 months program at its Pebble Crossing and Wine Ridge Estates developments was launched last year. According to Michael Cox, sales and marketing director for Pageantry Homes, it has resulted in more than 85 home sales.

The developer has added two new optional features to the program. The first option is zero down, zero closing costs, zero payments for 12 months plus 50 percent off the house payment for the second year. The second option is zero down, zero closing costs and 50 percent off the house payment for three years, according to Cox.

"Pageantry is proud of the reputation that we've built as a niche builder that creates unique programs that makes housing more affordable for Southern Nevadans," Cox said. "We are constantly looking to develop with new programs and options that will enable even more people discover the joy of homeownership."

According to Cox, each qualified buyer completes an educational process designed to help them prepare for the time when 100 percent of the mortgage payment becomes the home owner's responsibility.

"For many people the financial adjustments that come from buying their first new home can be a very difficult process," he said. "The program we offer helps make buying a home something that they can ease into, while building up savings and learning how to budget properly."
