V at Lake Las Vegas offers hillside condos

V at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, a condominium community developed by Centex Destination Properties, was inspired by the mountainside villages of scenic Tuscany.

Built on the highest ground at Lake Las Vegas Resort, V at Lake Las Vegas features two- and three-bedroom condo residences, ranging in size from 1,297 to 1,643 square feet.

  • Six one- and two-story condominium residences comprise Estate Homes, which are built on a hillside. The layout of the residences has been designed to enhance views of the lake, golf course, village and mountains.

Each residence has either a covered veranda or patio.

The gated community features an elaborate clubhouse featuring ceiling paintings reminiscent of a Tuscan villa.

Residents have use of a fitness center, pool, spa grotto, outdoor dining center with barbecue, outdoor living room with fireplace, entertainment terraces, wet sunning with built-in chaises, over-water cabanas, spa with water effects and a hammock palm grove.

The property has a network of trails with classic Italian gardens, fountains, cypress trees, a vineyard and an olive grove.

"From the Italian architecture and landscaping to the reproduction of the Pontevecchio bridge in nearby MonteLago Village, everything about V suggests a touch of Tuscany," said Chat Wynn, sales and marketing manager for Centex.

The Lake Las Vegas Resort area, which features a 320-acre lake, Montelago Village and 10 miles of shoreline, offers championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf, waterfront dining, a floating concert stage, gaming at Casino Montelago, pampering at Spa Vita di Lago and plenty of high-end shopping.

Final sales are now under way at V at Lake Las Vegas. Until June 16, prospective buyers can take advantage of preconstruction pricing offered on the remaining ready to move-in condominium residences, according to Wynn.

"V at Lake Las Vegas is a first-class property and a fantastic choice for either a primary residence or a second home for individuals who enjoy the desert lifestyle," Wynn said.
