Warmington Homes Nevada debuted three new models this past weekend within York Village, the builder's condominium development in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.

The single-family detached condominium designs begin from the $200,000s and range from 1,234 to 1,426 square feet.

  • Plans include two or three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and direct-access garages.

Based on traditional, exterior styles, the homes are accented by shutters and front porch entry. Fully landscaped yards are standard.

Interior amenities include living and dining rooms, Whirlpool appliances and oak cabinetry with adjustable upper shelves, laundry areas with optional overhead storage cabinets, and one or more master bedroom suites with walk-in closets, per plan.

"This really is a charming collection of homes," said Amy Thill, vice president of sales and marketing for Warmington Homes Nevada.

"Besides their detached configuration, these floor plans are extremely well planned to offer a great new home environment for everyday living and entertaining. Plus, they include an impressive level of upgrades that very much contribute to the value and allure of this neighborhood," Thill said.

The homes are Energy Star-rated with energy-rated amenities included in the purchase price such as specialized heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems and Milgard windows with low-e glass.

Residents will have exclusive access to a community pool, cabana and play picnic area.

The community association manages all upkeep of facilities and landscaping.

The centrally located development is in proximity to new residential neighborhoods, upcoming shopping centers, parks, schools and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

According to Thill, the builder is offering closing cost allowances and additional incentives with the use of the company's preferred lender. More information is available at bayportmortgage.com.

To reach the development and tour model homes, exit Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, at Rainbow Boulevard and travel south on Rainbow and west on Windmill Road.

Follow the signs to the sales office, which is on the left-hand side.

Sales representatives are onsite from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at noon.

The builder's Hampton Village, also located within the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, is now in its closeout phase.

Warmington Homes Nevada is part of the Warmington group, offering its Valyou Added philosophy of placing special emphasis on families and their lifestyles, according to the builder.
