V at Lake Las Vegas launches condos sales

Centex Destination Properties is offering a new lakeside condominium development at the Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson.

V at Lake Las Vegas takes its architectural design from the Northern Italian lake region, according to Chat Wynn, sales and marketing manager for Centex.

  • "V at Lake Las Vegas is a first-class property and a fantastic choice for either a primary residence or a second home for individuals who enjoy the desert lifestyle," said Wynn.

    The gated condominium development features resort-style amenities. Some of them include Tuscan-themed clubhouse, fitness center, pool, spa grotto, outdoor dining with barbecue center, outdoor living room and fireplace, entertainment terraces, wet sunning deck with built-in chaises, over-water cabanas, spa with water effects and a hammock palm grove.

    In addition, an onsite facility caretaker is on staff.

    The grounds offer a network of trails with classic Italian gardens, fountains, cypress trees, vineyard and an olive grove.

    A reproduction of the Pontevecchio bridge in nearby MonteLago Village is a highlighted feature of the development's stylized landscape.

    Built on the highest point at Lake Las Vegas Resort, V at Lake Las Vegas features two and three-bedroom residences from 1,297 to 1,643 square feet.

    Six one- and two-story condominium residences comprise individual Estate Homes, which are built on terraces cascading down the hillside.

    The residences have been designed to look onto lake, golf course, village and mountain views. Each residence offers either a covered veranda or patio.

    The Lake Las Vegas Resort area features a 320-acre recreational lake with 10 miles of shoreline, in addition to fine waterfront dining, a floating concert stage, gaming at Casino MonteLago and shopping opportunities along MonteLago Village.

    The resort offers championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf and Spa Vita di Lago.

    Final sales are underway within the condominium development with preconstruction pricing offered on a few remaining units that are ready for occupancy. The offer is good through June 16, according to Wynn.
