KB opens townhomes

KB Home's townhome collection in Inspirada, a master-planned community in the south valley, offers four new two-story floor plans.

"The Rembrandt City Town Homes are unique. Not only are the floor plans new to the area, they offer a flexibility not often seen in townhome construction," said Cristal Spinuzzi, sales agent for KB Home, Las Vegas division.

  • Two of the four floor plans offer a downstairs bedroom option. All floor plans feature a loft and two-car garage. The garages are located in the rear of the home.

"The community maintains the exteriors of the homes including the paint, the roofing, walkways and front and side yards," said Spinuzzi.

"Homeowners get all the benefits of homeownership with fewer maintenance hassles. And the exteriors here are very attractive. These townhomes have the same architectural design and details of single-family, detached homes."

Homes in the Rembrandt City Town Homes collection range from 1,643 to 1,918 square feet. They feature two to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garages. Homes start in the mid-$200,000s.

KB Home offers five home collections within the Inspirada master plan: the Da Vinci Estate Homes, Van Gogh Village Courtyard Homes, Matisse Village Homes, Renoir Garden Homes and Rembrandt City Town Homes.

To visit Inspirada from St. Rose Parkway and Eastern Avenue, head west on St. Rose Parkway. Turn left on Executive Airport (becomes Volunteer), right on Via Firenze and follow signs to the sales centers.

The sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at noon.
