  • "With such rapid development near the Las Vegas Beltway and North Decatur Boulevard, Monteverdi is poised to provide easy access to all the conveniences buyers expect of a well-established neighborhood, but in an area where everything is brand new," said Diane Paltrineri, general sales manager for Pulte Homes of Nevada.

Presale activity will be conducted at the nearby Terrasini condominium neighborhood, which is finalizing its last sales in Aliante, a master-planned community.

The grand opening of onsite sales office and model homes for Monteverdi is scheduled for late summer.

Three floor plans are available measuring 1,681, 1,841 and 2,025 square feet.

Each of the designs features living areas on three levels and includes three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths. Prices start in the upper $200,000s.

"This is the Las Vegas debut of these floor plans, which have proven very popular in other metropolitan areas," Paltrineri said. "Based upon the feedback we've received from our early home shoppers, we know these designs will be equally well received in Southern Nevada."

The homes include Pulte's Signature Standards package, featuring brand-name amenities, such as granite kitchen countertops, York heating and air-conditioning systems, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets and bath accessories, Kohler plumbing fixtures, General Electric appliances in stainless steel, black or white, Schlage door hardware, Sea Gull lighting, Mohawk carpets with a 5 1/2-pound pad and a security system.

Homes also have Rinnai tankless water heaters and are constructed with Environments for Living building technology, with blown-in cellulose insulation, conditioned attic spaces, 15 SEER air-conditioning units and dual-paned, vinyl-framed, low-e windows.

To visit, take the northern portion of the Beltway to Decatur Boulevard, then drive north. The development is on the right.
