Each of these floor plans is designed around great-room living spaces with interesting detailing and a lot of windows. They are designed to be practical and pleasing to the eye. It's a wonderful combination."

The 1,302-square-foot Roan floor plan offers two bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths.

The 1,540-square-foot Eland is a split-level design with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. The main living area and master suite are located on the upper floor, with a family room and two secondary bedrooms on the lower floor.

The Sable is 1,578 square feet and provides three bedrooms, three baths and a loft. The design features two master bedroom suites. One is located on each floor and includes its own private bath.

The largest home is the 1,775-square-foot Impala with three bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.

Standard amenities include granite countertops, raised-panel oak cabinetry, 2-inch faux wood window blinds, stainless steel sinks and a coordinated stainless-steel appliance package that includes range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer.

High-tech CAT 5-E wiring with a distribution panel and extensive prewiring for phones, cable and ceiling fans also are included. Other features include decorative exterior coach lights with photocells. The homes are Energy Star-certified.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north to Durango Drive, turn west to Frontage Road (Oso Blanca), then north to Severance Lane, west to Grand Canyon Drive and turn. The community is at the corner of Grand Canyon and Gilcrease Avenue.
