Ryland promotes Summerlin homes

Ryland Homes is promoting three neighborhoods in the Summerlin.

"Summerlin is one of the most desirable locations in all of Las Vegas," said Marc Leaf, sales agent at Ryland's Kingwood Knoll community. "Two of the highlights and advantages to living in Summerlin are the nearby Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa with its excellent restaurants and the new, high-end outdoor shopping center currently under construction."

Kingwood Knoll features single- and two-story homes with courtyard entries. The seven designs contain two to five bedrooms and as many as 3 1/2 baths and include some home sites with room for a pool.

Backyard areas provide an opportunity to expand the living space to the outdoors. Homes measure from 1,515 to 2,224 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s.

Ryland's Montage and Travata neighborhoods are located within the West Park community, which offers a neighborhood park with a pool.

The two- and three-story homes at Montage offer an urban lifestyle, according to Cynthia Solis, sales agent.

"Montage is a unique community designed so every group of six homes are centered around charming European-style courtyards. This special courtyard focus creates an inviting entry for all the homes and the side-access garage entry really enhances the streetscape," Solis said.

Master suites are included, as are the open living areas that encompass a living room, island kitchen, dining area and patio.

Options include a studio over the garage, wet bar, and dual master suites with den. Montage homes range from 1,659 to 2,103 square feet, with prices ranging from the upper $200,000s to the low $400,000s.

Located on the perimeter of the Montage neighborhood, the single-family homes of Travata offer a two-level master suite or a third-floor vista room.

The four home designs range from 2,071 to about 3,000 square feet. Home prices for Travata range from the mid-$300,000s to the mid-$400,000s.

Residents have access to eight golf courses, 20 community parks and more than 100 miles of trails, along with swimming pools, playgrounds and tennis and basketball courts.

Both Montage and Travata at West Park and Kingwood Knoll have quick move-in homes available.

To tour the model homes, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit Hughes Park West (between Sahara Avenue and Charleston Bouelvard), head west on Summerlin Centre Drive. Veer left at the roundabout then turn left at the park. Model homes are on the left.

To tour Kingwood Knoll's model homes, take the Beltway, exit Charleston Boulevard and head west. Turn right onto Vista Center, right at Park Vista Drive and right at Crown Forest.
