Warmington preselling at Emerson

Warmington Homes' Emerson neighborhood has opened for presales in conjunction with the opening of its sales information center within the Providence master-planned community in the northwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley. The neighborhood's permanent sales office within decorator model homes are expected to open in the fall.

Ranging from 1,277 to 1,657 square feet, the single-family homes at Emerson will be offered in four floor plan designs.

  • The three- to four-bedroom designs feature master suites with separate tubs and showers, dual sinks and walk-in closets, 2 1/2 baths and direct access one- or two-space garages.

    "We are ready to begin the introduction of Emerson and think that this neighborhood will be very well received, especially among first-time home buyers who are sure to be impressed by its high quality and value," said Amy Thill, vice president of sales and marketing for Warmington Homes Nevada.

    "The opening of the sales information center offers prospective buyers an early opportunity to learn more about this affordably priced neighborhood prior to the grand opening and gain priority status by joining the interest list."

    With the information office for Emerson open and presales under way, prospective buyers will have the opportunity to view artist's renderings of the available architectural styles, four floor plans and a list of amenities.

    Select features such as expanded kitchens, covered patios, interior laundry rooms, living rooms, nooks, dining rooms and expansive secondary bedrooms vary per plan.

    Beechwood cabinetry with adjustable upper shelves and a Whirlpool appliance package that includes a multi-cycle dishwasher, range with self-cleaning oven and sealed burners are standard amenities.

    Each home includes a fully landscaped front yard, mini-blinds on most windows and vertical blinds on sliding glass doors. In addition, each home includes a Whirlpool full-size washer and gas dryer and built-in Whirlpool refrigerator.

    Residents will have access to the amenities of the surrounding 1,200-acre master-planned community.
