Centex provides getaway at Ardiente

Centex Homes offers a free, three-day stay-and-play getaway for prospective buyers considering its Ardiente community in North Las Vegas, sales executive Sabrina Torblaa said. Situated behind a guard-gated entry, Ardiente is an age-qualified community for those 55 or older.

"There's simply no better way to get a feel for Ardiente than to experience it as a guest resident," Torblaa said. "Touring our models is a great starting point, but we really encourage home buyers to take over one of our stay-and-play homes for several days. It's an exciting pre-purchasing opportunity that shouldn't be missed."
