KB Home inspires neighborhood feel

Da Vinci Estate Homes, Van Gogh Village Courtyard Homes, Matisse Village Homes, Rembrandt City Town Homes and the Renoir Garden Homes, are KB Home's newest master pieces in the new Inspirada master plan in Henderson.

"Inspirada is designed to promote a true sense of community," said Alicia Rodrigues, regional sales manager for the builder's Las Vegas Division. "The neighborhoods feature tree-lined streets and, the way our homes are designed, the sidewalks are not interrupted by driveways."

The community has been designed without barriers between neighborhoods, according to Rodrigues. "We've even taken out the block walls," she said. "Inspirada is open and inviting," she said.

The community's central park features five acres of outdoor space including an adult pool, children's pool, tot lot, bocce ball courts and playing fields. The neighborhood will include seven residential villages. KB Home's Inspirada home collections start in the mid-$200,000s.

To visit from St. Rose Parkway and Eastern Avenue, head west on St. Rose Parkway. Turn left on Executive Airport (becomes Volunteer), right on Via Firenze.
