Pageantry offers incentive program for home buyers

Pageantry Homes is offering an incentive program where homes can be purchased with zero down, zero closing costs and zero payments for 18 months or 50 percent off the house payment for three years.

The program is available to buyers who qualify with the builder's preferred lender; Pageantry's Wine Ridge Estates and Pebble Crossing are the participating communities.

  • "This program has opened up doors for our investor clients who are renting these new homes to people on a rent-to-own basis, with the option to buy the house at the end of the finance program once the renter has had a chance to rebuild credit or get on their feet," said Anita Conforti, a local Realtor.

"This program helps investors, and in return, allows investors to help renters who can ultimately turn into homeowners themselves. This is a good example of people helping people."

Wine Ridge Estates features three floor plans ranging from 1,793 to 2,204 square feet. Pebble Crossing's three designs range from 2,107 to 2,287 square feet.

Both developments are priced starting from the $300,000s.

Pageantry's goal was to create a program that had flexible finance options.

"It is wonderful that we are achieving our goal in providing financial assistance, and since its inception, we have helped more than 85 interested home buyers become homeowners," said Michael Cox, sales and marketing director for Pageantry Homes.

"The flexibility of the program is highly beneficial, since it helps buyers grow into their mortgage payments while still becoming owners of a single-family detached home."

The program includes principal, interest, taxes and insurance for each month of the term of the program.
