Rhodes offers new pricing program

Rhodes Homes has unveiled a new pricing structure intended to provide buyers with the affordability and value for which the company is known, according to John Means, sales manager for Rhodes Homes.

"Basically, we want to be able to give our buyers the best prices possible and streamline the process," Means said. "We wanted to be the first home builder in town to offer a no-haggling, upfront pricing program at the lowest possible prices and that's what we've done.

Designs include great rooms with kitchens with center islands. To visit the models, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
