The Turtle Bay plan includes five bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage.

The master suite is located on the main floor with its library retreat on the second floor, overlooking the suite. A staircase leads from the suite to the private library. Other design elements include a porch entry, full-length covered patio and veranda.

The 5,085-square-foot Pebble Beach has a gated front courtyard accented by a built-in gas fireplace and porch entry. Both are standard features.

The home includes four bedrooms, three full and two half baths, den/office, veranda, covered rear patio and three-car split garage. The main floor is highlighted by a separate formal dining room with coffered ceilings and a great room with recessed media niche and fireplace. The kitchen offers wrap-around bar counter seating, center island, walk-in pantry and breakfast nook. The master suite and private den/study also are situated on the home's main level. The covered patio extends the entire rear of the home, with direct access from both the master suite and the great room.

The home's second floor features a 30-foot-by-60-foot family room with a home theater area. Adjacent to the main family room is space for a computer work center and/or hobby room.

Knudsen said two Bay Hill and two Pinehurst residences are available. The 3,598-square-foot Bay Hill houses four bedrooms, four full baths and a loft. Pinehurst is 4,486 square feet with five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.

Earlstone's residences offer standard design features that include pop-out detailing around windows, two-tone exterior paint and paver-stone walkways and drives. Interiors offer custom-recessed lighting, slab granite kitchen counters, maple cabinetry, 36-inch gas porcelain cooktops, flush design double ovens and cultured marble vanities in baths.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Sun City Anthem Drive and then take a right on Bicentennial Drive. Go west on Bicentennial to Anthem Highlands and turn left on Democracy and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it closes at 3 p.m.
