Alexander Park offers easy down

Alexander Park, a neighborhood of single-family detached, two-story homes in the northwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley is offering its Down Payment program, inviting buyers to purchase with $500 down.

In addition, developer American Premiere is offering mortgage packages on the starter two-story homes ranging from 1,005 square feet with two bedroom and 2 1/2 baths and up to 1,250 square feet with three to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

  • The homes are appointed with durable concrete roofs, landscaped front yards with automatic irrigation systems and fully finished garage interiors.

    Kitchens include natural wood cabinetry and a standard appliance package including an automatic dishwasher, pilotless ignition gas range and oven, and garbage disposals.

    The homes feature architecturally rounded (radius) walls. The neighborhood is in its final phase.

    To reach Alexander Park from Interstate 15, head north to Craig, then east on Craig to Lamb Boulevard. Head south on Lamb to Alexander Road and east on Alexander to Puebla.

    Alexander Park is on the east side of Puebla at Alexander. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
