Pageantry Homes offers zero down, zero payments promotion

Pageantry Homes is offering zero money down and zero payments for 12 months at its Loretto Bay condominium development in Green Valley. The incentive is available upon qualifying through the builder's preferred lender.

Featuring Santa Barbara-inspired style and design, the floor plans within the gated condominium and attached-home community, range from 1,139 to 2,381 square feet. Pricing begins in the low $200,000s.

The builder is offering similiar incentives in additional communities throughout the valley, according to Michael Cox, sales and marketing director for Pageantry Home. "We have helped more than 85 people become homeowners through our flexible financial assistance programs," Cox said. "Our programs have proven to be successful and we are thrilled to be offering this program at this dynamic community."

Pageantry Homes offers similar financial assistance programs at its Ridgewood community in south, its Wine Ridge Estates and Pebble Crossing communities in the southwest and its Valencia Terrace community located in the northeast.

Loretto Bay is comprised of three neighborhoods, including Villa Azure, a luxury condominium development; the La Tesoro townhouse complex and Bella Lago, a single-family attached community. There are seven model homes to tour, with 11 floor plans to choose from.

The community features a club house and a network of walking trails. Each neighborhood is fitted with its own private resort-style community swimming pool and spa.

Pageantry Homes based the design on materials, textures and color palates resembling those used in the city of Santa Barbara. Calif.

Each Loretto Bay neighborhood is distinct yet designed to enhance the architectural theme.

The surrounding area offers dining establishments, public and private schools and parks, and is in close proximity to such shopping venues as The District and The Galleria at Sunset mall.

The sales center is located at 1525 Spiced Wine St. at Stephanie and Wigwam Road, off of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

Offices and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., daily
