Toll Brothers has opened three luxury townhome residences at Vita Bella within Lake Las Vegas Resort.

The Cortona, Trebbiano Elite and Toscanelli range from 1,566 to more than 2,000 square feet and include two to three bedrooms, rear-entry two-car garages with storage and expansive master suites. Prices start from the upper $600,000s.

"Vita Bella homes are ideal for discerning home buyers looking to live in a destination resort where they can enjoy world-class golf, leisurely boating, sophisticated shopping and celebrity neighbors," said Gary Mayo, group president, Toll Brothers. "For those who aspire to stunning, incredible views, this is the place."

The design of the Cortona floor plan is accented by stone pavers at the front porch entry with a split-level living and dining room layout highlighted by 13-foot ceilings. An island kitchen features a morning room. The master suite is located on the second level and includes a walk-in closet, spa-like bath with tub and separate shower plus a private deck. The design includes an additional bedroom with a private bath plus a library/tech center and a laundry room. Home buyers may opt to create dual master suites by expanding the second bedroom.

The Trebbiano features a great-room layout open to an island kitchen with wrap- around breakfast counter adjacent to the dining room. The master suite is located at the second-level and has a private viewing deck. Two secondary bedrooms, a bath and laundry room are also located at the second level.

The Toscanelli is distinguished by a wrap-around porch and covered balcony, offering panoramic views. An entry foyer leads to a sunken living room and family room with fireplace. The formal dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. The master suite is located at the upstairs and includes dual walk-in closets, a vista deck, two additional bedrooms and a learning center.

Vita Bella is located in Lake Las Vegas Resort on MonteLago Parkway. The private gated enclave will include 79 townhomes defined by upscale features such as entry porches, courtyards and vista decks. The community amenities include a residents' swimming pool, spa and cabanas.

Surrounded by lake, golf and desert mountain views, the townhome development is located adjacent to the 7,261-yard, par-72 award-winning Jack Nicklaus Reflection Bay Golf Course.

To reach Vita Bella from the Interstate 15 and U.S. Highway 95 interchange, take I-95 east 13 miles to Lake Mead Parkway. From Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, South, head east on I-215, which turns into Lake Mead Parkway.
