Ryland Homes' Midnight plan at Indigo takes open layout to the top

Home buyers at Ryland Homes' Indigo in the southwestern portion of the valley can create their own rooftop VIP lounge, according to sales agent Bethann Frusco-Dumont, when they choose the neighborhood's Midnight floor plan. "It's the most popular floor plan," Frusco-Dumont said. "With a 360-degree view of the Red Rock Mountains and the twinkling lights of Las Vegas' famous Strip, the huge 25-foot by 15.4-foot roof deck is a perfect place to sit and relax or to entertain friends."

The Midnight floor plan offers the kitchen and living space on the third floor, directing living areas through the kitchen up to the rooftop deck, an optional feature. The 1,946-square-foot plan includes three bedrooms and three baths within a three-story design.
