Centex Homes' Waterfall community offers refreshing design, amenities

Centex Homes' Waterfall neighborhoods, Aberdeen Falls and Latourell Falls, are located in North Las Vegas near Aliante, a master-planned community. The community consists of four gated neighborhoods, each with a private park. Residents can access all of the parks. Amenities include tot lots, a rock-climbing wall, splash zone, picnic areas, swimming pool and workout facilities.

"When people see Waterfall's amenities and its close proximity to schools, stores, highways and Aliante, they want to know when they can move in. Waterfall has that level of appeal," said sales agent Marni Hughes. "People receive a whole lot of house for their money, plus we're offering generous closeout incentives."
