The Avenue by Wolfson Lofts to celebrate opening of residences, five-story property in historic Las Vegas area

Lucky 5 sales event to bestow BMW on each new buyer of two-story 'ultra-lofts'

To celebrate the grand opening of The Avenue by Wolfson Lofts, the builder will hold a Lucky 5 grand opening sales event for interested buyers.

Located at the intersection of Scotch Eighties and Rancho Circle in the New Rancho District of the valley, the five-story Wolfson-constructed building will feature two-story ultra-loft residences limited to five premium spaces that measure from 1,580 to 3,350 square feet -- hence the naming of the event.

  • Each buyer of one of the five ultra-loft residences during the Lucky 5 opening will receive a new 2007 328i BMW hard-top convertible at the close of contract.

Homeowners association fees will also be waived for one year. The event will be held for two weeks only, starting today at 10 a.m. and ending July 7 at 5 p.m.

Construction is nearing completion as the building has already topped off with move-ins scheduled for September 2007.

"With only five ultra-lofts available, the time is now for residents to become a part of the luxury-boutique revolution," said Ken Wolfson, owner.

"These ultra-lofts are more than a place to live, they are an elite lifestyle, one that will be awarded to only a lucky few."

Attendees at the event will have the opportunity to take a hard hat tour and can purchase an ultra-loft awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Realtors who participate will receive a 5 percent commission.

"The event will give interested buyers a chance to visit our Sales Studio, which is a 1970s house that we renovated into a contemporary loft reminiscent of the ultra-lofts found at The Avenue," Wolfson said.

"Our sales team will be on hand to answer questions about Wolfson Lofts and The Avenue and give insight on just what it means to be one of the 'Lucky 5'."

The five-story ultra-loft building will include three office condos at 287, 728 and 1,049 square feet, designed specifically for professional office use.
