Each buyer of one of the five ultra-loft residences during the Lucky 5 opening will receive a new 2007 328i BMW hard-top convertible at the close of contract.

Homeowners association fees will also be waived for one year. The event will be held for two weeks only, starting today at 10 a.m. and ending July 7 at 5 p.m.

Construction is nearing completion as the building has already topped off with move-ins scheduled for September 2007.
