Engle Homes' Ladera Terrace offers Summerlin lifestyle at Mesa Village

With two world-class golf courses and mountain scenery as its border, Engle Homes' Ladera Terrace in Summerlin's Mesa Village presents home designs looking onto the Las Vegas Valley's most notable master-planned communities.

"The reputation of Summerlin is well earned, with the community having something for anyone," said Lindsey Thomas, marketing manager for Engle Homes. "Ladera Terrace is perfectly positioned within the community, providing our residents with quick access to everything, as well as a location that's still tucked away and serene."

  • The master-planned community will ultimately include 21 parks, one of which will be constructed steps away from the Ladera Terrace neighborhood, which is also adjacent to Summerlin's network of trails and bike paths.

"Summerlin is very much a community oriented towards people that enjoy being outside for active recreation or simply relaxation," Thomas said. "Whether its golf, soccer, hiking or leisurely walks, life at Ladera Terrace makes enjoying that lifestyle attainable for our residents."

Summerlin's newest village, Summerlin Centre, an urban center of residences, entertainment and shopping venues, is in proximity to the neighborhood and is expected to open in 2009.

Ladera Terrace' two-story courtyard homes offer three floor plans, starting in the high $300,000s.

    The 2,000-square-foot, two-story Senna includes a great-room layout, tech loft, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, patio-loggia, mirador-balcony and two-car garage.

The 2,250-square-foot Menodora includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den and mirador. The floor plan allows for a bedroom or bath option.

The 2,600-square-foot Paloverde is the neighborhood's largest floor plan. The four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home has a mirador off the master bedroom, an open bonus room and the flexibility to add a fifth bedroom.

The sales office is located on 10568 Harvest Wind Drive, in Summerlin's Mesa community. For more information, call 240-3174 or email Laderaterrace@EngleHomes.com.
