Priced from the $280,000s, the Rayado measures 1,600 square feet, and contains three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The main floor of the Rayado includes a dining room, a kitchen, and a great room. The second floor includes two secondary bedrooms, a bath and a master bedroom suite complete with a private bath with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in closet.

"One of the highlights of the Rayado is definitely the kitchen," sales agent Stephanie Woody said.

"It has a spacious food- preparation island that is ideal for cooks. The great room is both cozy and elegant, with two-story volume ceilings that make the room feel open and airy.

"And two of the three elevations feature a spacious front porch that adds a lot of curb appeal."

Priced from the $290,000s is the Philmonte, measuring 1,850 square feet, and containing three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a loft. A fourth bedroom is available in lieu of the loft.

"The setup of this home is wonderful," Woody said. "The plan is very open, and all of the space has been used extremely well.

"The bedrooms are really nice-sized and there are plenty of kitchen cabinets."

Other highlights include a formal dining room with two-story volume ceilings, a nook in the kitchen, and dual walk-in closets in the master bedroom suite.

The largest floor plan is the Santa Fe, a 2,050-square-foot home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a loft and a study. Fourth and fifth bedrooms are available in lieu of the study and the loft.

"A lot of home buyers love the option of having a bedroom and full bath on the main floor," Woody said. "And the upstairs loft makes a great place for watching movies or playing games. Plus, there's a separate tech center area where people can set up a computer or a cozy reading area."

Cimarron Ridge is located at Deer Springs Way and Cimarron Road, offering access to U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, as well as a variety of schools, shopping and recreation opportunities.

To visit, take Highway 95 to Durango and go north. Turn right on Farm and right on Tule Springs, which turns into Sky Pointe. Turn left on Cimarron, and the sales center will be ahead on the left. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for Friday when it opens at noon.
