"The prices were going up," Leanne Brill said. "We started researching job opportunities and discovered there was a shortage of pharmacists in the area. About then it dawned on us. Why wait to move to Las Vegas to retire? Let's move now. And the sooner, the better."

They said they previewed a number of new communities but were discouraged by the cost of all the upgraded features.
