Ryland offers move-in specials

Ryland Homes' Augusta, a gated neighborhood inside Mountain's Edge, a southwestern master-planned community, features large family rooms and private master suites.

  • She said the home builder is offering some homes in the mid-$400,000s, compared to the regular prices in the new neighborhood, which start in the low $500,000s.

    These homes also are ready for immediate move-in.

    The homes feature granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry and butler's pantries in the kitchens; upgraded tile and carpet; and built-in appliances. Augusta offers three floor plans -- Shasta, Gilmore and Everest. These three- to five-bedroom plans offer backyards, plus options for up to seven bedrooms and from three to 4 1/2 baths.

    Shasta is a single-story home of three bedrooms and three baths in 2,508 square feet. This design features a master bedroom suite with a rotunda at the front of the home.

    Additionally, the plan offers formal living and dining rooms, a breakfast nook, family room, den and three-car garage. Options include a fourth bedroom, three-sided fireplace and patio.

    Gilmore is a two-story home with five bedrooms and three baths in 3,413 square feet. It has a breakfast nook, family, dining, living and bonus rooms and playroom, as well as a three-car garage.

    Options include a sixth bedroom with bath, fitness room and patio. Everest, the largest of the plans at 4,262 square feet, offers five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths in two stories.

    There is a breakfast nook along with living, dining, bonus and family rooms and a two-car garage. Options include a "granny suite" with its own entrance, deck and additional bedrooms or fitness room.

    Ryland's My Style Design Center offers a selection of designer upgrades and decorating enhancements, everything from floor coverings and window treatments to counters and cabinets.
