Tuscan Cliffs offers designers

Tuscan Cliffs, a guard-gated neighborhood of customizable residences located within the Southern Highlands community, provides designer-selected interior décor packages, according to Kristi Kramer, vice president with builder Pacific Southwest Development.

With two on-site design professionals, Tuscan Cliffs offers its clients free consultation and recommendations on options and upgrades available throughout the homes, she said.

  • "We want to make it easier for buyers to come up with designer amenities that will complement one another," Kramer said.

The community offers more than 50 floor plans that emphasize indoor-outdoor combinations with an emphasis on opening living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens to the courtyard and patio areas. They range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Various design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet.

A total of 155 luxury estate homes are planned, each on a home site measuring at least one-quarter acre. Premium lots, including some measuring half an acre and others built into the hillsides, are also available.

Standard amenities include paver stone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures. In addition, each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home. Base prices start in the low $1 millions.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m. The sales office phone number is 228-8559.
