Ryland's Indigo shoots for the top

Ryland's Indigo neighborhood, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, features rooftop decks on the Midnight home.

"It's the most popular floor plan," sales agent Bethann Frusco-Dumont said. "With a 360-degree view of the Red Rock Mountains and the twinkling lights of Las Vegas' famous Strip, the huge 25-foot- by-15 1/2-foot roof deck is a perfect place to sit and relax or to entertain friends."

  • The design has living space on the third floor, creating a natural flow from the kitchen and living areas up to the roof deck, which is optional.

    Three bedrooms and three baths are included in the floor plan, which measures 1,946 square feet.

    "The contemporary designs are what make Indigo so unique," Frusco-Dumont said. "There's nothing else like it in southwest Las Vegas."

    The three-story homes are offered in three elevations, all of which have at least two bedrooms and two baths.

    Prices start from the high $200,000s.

    The Azure plan measures 1,961 square feet and contains three bedrooms, three baths, as well as a balcony off the master bedroom.

    The master suite and bath occupy the entire third floor.

    The 1,982-square-foot Cobalt offers three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, as well as an optional third-floor loft or retreat that can be used as a TV room, gym or home office.

    All of the Indigo plans feature low-maintenance front yards, designer-selected color schemes and light fixtures, master suites with master bath and kitchens with handcrafted oak cabinetry.

    Indigo is an Energy Star neighborhood.
