Prestige sells Solevita condominiums

Three floor plans and proximity to Lake Mead and the Las Vegas Strip are key selling points of Solevita Condominium Homes in Henderson, sales agent Chris Grove said.
One-, two- and three-bedroom residences are available at the gated Green Valley community. About 100 of the 360 units have been purchased since sales began in January, Grove said.
"I believe Solevita is the fastest-selling community in Las Vegas because of our price and location in Green Valley. If sales continue at this pace, Solevita will be fully sold before the spring season next year," Grove said.
Solevita is developed by Prestige Builders Partners, which has operations in several states, including Florida, Arizona, North Carolina and Nevada.
Each Solevita floor plan offers a walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, Roman tub in the master bath, walk-in pantry, storage area and balcony.
"The Berini, at $139,900, is a 725-square-foot residence with one bedroom and one bath. The Medici features two bedrooms and two baths in 961 square feet at $169,900. Our largest, the Tivoli, with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,221 square feet, is offered at $199,900," Grove said.
Standard features include decorative blinds, custom-designed cabinetry and ceiling fans. Buyers can choose upgrades of stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and custom paint. Select floor plans also have a full-size washer and dryer and a gas fireplace.
"Each residence has one covered parking space. We have over 300 extra parking for guests or extra vehicles," Grove said.
The community features two pools, three hot tubs, a fitness center, basketball, tennis, and outdoor sand volleyball courts. "One hot tub overlooks a view of the beautiful Las Vegas Strip," Grove said. "Our residences have unbelievable Strip, mountain and city views."
The community center contains a theater room with a plasma television set, game room with billiard table, two flat-screen televisions and a dart board.
Solevita is located at 2120 Ramrod Ave., between North Green Valley Parkway and Mountain Vista Street. To visit from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit Green Valley Parkway heading north past Sunset Road. Turn right on Ramrod and go to the community on your left.
